Pick Up Service
If you prefer to pick up your furniture directly from our Sydney warehouse, you can easily arrange this during checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid ID when you come to pick up your items.

Delivery Service
Delivery within NSW
Standard NSW Delivery: Orders within New South Wales generally have shorter transit times. Once shipped, your order should arrive in 2-5 business days, depending on your specific location within the state.
Delivery to Other States and Remote Areas
Interstate Delivery:
Deliveries outside NSW will take longer due to distance and logistical factors. Standard delivery times can range from 5-12 business days, though remote or rural areas may experience extended delivery times.
Remote and Rural Deliveries:
We’re happy to serve all customers, including those in remote locations. Please note that delivery to these areas may require additional time. For large or bulky items, or deliveries to rural areas, additional shipping charges may apply. Our team will review your order and contact you prior to dispatch with any updated shipping costs. You may choose to accept the revised shipping fee or opt for a full refund.
