Returns & Warranty 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied for any reason or if you have change your mind about a purchase, you
can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will provide you with a quote to ship the items back to us, and you must pay the shipping costs within the 7-day guarantee period or if it’s to
be returned or replaced due to the fault of ele living we will gladly pay for the freight. To avoid return delivery fees, you may return your goods
you wish to cancel to us at our Sydney warehouses with prior notice made in writing via the email.

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, un-assembled, and complete with any
accessories or additional items. Goods that are not returned in their original condition will be subject to a fee of 50% of the full product price
(before any discounts) which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Any order for Clearance Items or floor stock Items may not be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to
have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If meet this
situation, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

To book a return, please contact us by sending an email to hello@eleliving.com.au with photos of your product in original packaging.

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in ‘as-new’ condition, we will issue you with a store credit voucher
via email in an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, less the cost to ship the product to you and any shipping costs incurred by us for you to return the product back to the warehouse.
