Sale FAQs
Questions? Call 1300 811 999 or email hello@eleliving.com.au
Do I need a promo code?
No. Your tier saving is applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches the spend amount.
How do the spend tiers work?
Spend $500 save $30 · $800 save $50 · $1,500 save $100 · $2,500 save $200 · $3,500 save $350. One tier applies per order, based on your product subtotal (delivery fees not included).
Can I combine it with the $50 sign-up offer?
Yes. New subscribers get $50 off their first order over $499, on top of the Black Friday tier saving.
Does the sale apply to pre-order items?
Yes. Pre-order items count toward your spend tier and the saving is applied at checkout as usual. The expected arrival date is shown on each product page.
Can I return a sale item?
Yes. Black Friday items are covered by our 7-day returns policy, except clearance and floor stock items. Items must be unused, un-assembled and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. See our full Returns & Warranty policy.
